From cooked, cured and smoked meats to sausages and smoked fish, every product is crafted using carefully sourced local ingredients and traditional methods to deliver consistent flavour and performance in professional kitchens. We offer the wholesale market a comprehensive portfolio of products including chilled and frozen meats, ready to eat, cooked meats, stocks, smoked meats, pâtés, terrines, smoked and poached fish. Our in house manufacturing capabilities allow us to go further than standard supply. We work closely with customers to deliver bespoke product development, from sourcing raw ingredients to producing and packing finished products to exact specifications.
